We know that everybody’s different – and we all have our own goals. Which is why we offer loads of different types of training and support. At our gym facilities you can get fit and raise your heart rate with cardio, or build your strength and stamina in strength training. And that’s just the start. You’ll also find all kinds of different classes, from boxing to yoga and so much more.
We want you to feel comfortable, even when you’re working out. So you’ll find dedicated sessions for female members, as well as junior and senior members.
MEETING YOUR GOALS
When it comes to meeting your fitness goals, staying motivated is key. That’s why we’ll work just as hard as you at keeping you focused on your targets. At our gym facilities we run regular challenges, based around current sporting events, as well as rewarding a “Member of the Month” for their effort and achievements. We also have fitness instructors and personal trainers and offer refocus sessions every six weeks.
