Come along to our brand new Fitness Rebounding classes on Tuesday evenings or Thursday mornings and bounce your way fit.
Fitness Rebounding is a low impact exercise using a small trampoline. It’s fun, energising and infectious, but will make you work - burning 600 calories per hour.
The class was launched at Better Gym Basildon at the beginning of October this year and is now available on Thursday mornings from 9.30am until 10.15am.
It has been so popular that we are adding another one to the timetable. The class will be available on Tuesdays from 31st October between 7.30pm and 8.15pm.
Spaces are limited so book it now to avoid disappointment. We hope to see you there.
