Group Power
This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors.  With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels.  Discover results, discover Group Power!


Total Body Conditioning
Once you start, you won’t ever want to stop. These intense, exciting classes combine cardio and conditioning for a full on, high-energy workout. Better for: Strength and conditioning.

Aerobics
Get fit the fun way. You’ll perform a range of cardio moves, taking each at your own pace, all guided by our friendly, motivational instructors. Better for: Cardio fitness and conditioning.

Water Workout
Refresh yourself!  These  invigorating, effective, but low-impact workouts in the water are easy on your joints. Choose from one of our themed or discipline-based classes. Better for: Mobility and stress relief.   

Dance Aerobics
Dance yourself fit! Our range of Dance Aerobics classes combine exercise and choreography  with infectious music to keep you motivated every step of the way. Choose from one of our themed or discipline-based classes. Better for: Cardio fitness.

Step
Step it up and get in great shape. A motivational class using a platform and fast music for a high intensity workout. It’s so much fun, you’ll forget you’re working out! Better for: Cardio fitness and conditioning of the whole body.

Group Centergy
Group Centergy® is a yoga and pilates inspired class and is a perfect way to work on balance, mobility, flexibility and strength within one class.  It puts back all that we take out and really centres your energy.  The music leaves you feeling uplifted and relaxed throughout the low impact session and you have the option to make the sessions as challenging as you wish.  It’s ideal to be your workout of choice or add it once a week to your current workouts to reinvigorate the mind and body.


Pilates
Centre yourself. Our Pilates classes come in all shapes and sizes, but they all focus on concentration and muscle control, for a highly effective workout. Better for: Lengthening and strengthening your core.

Group Cycle
Pedal your way fit. Work at your own pace as you cycle along with the group in one of our themed classes to uplifting music, or focus on achieving your goals in one of our discipline -based classes. Better for: Lower body strength and conditioning.


Group Fight
This gripping hour burns a ton of calories and builds total body strength.  Tap into the hottest mixed martial arts movements done at a rapid pace to smash your cardio.  From the boxing ring to the fighting cage, GroupFight® combines cutting edge moves with thrilling music.


Boxfit
A class that really packs a punch. Boxfit uses a range of boxing techniques to get your heart racing and leave you feeling  fighting fit. Better for: Strength & conditioning
