Group Cycle Studio

Our superb 24 station group cycle studio hosts an extensive class programme, 7 days a week.

Group cycle is our indoor cycling class which gives you a great cardiovascular, strength and mass calorie-burning workout.

We have over 20 classes a week on our programme, with sessions running 7 days a week.

Please note, due to a new code of practice we are NOT allowing participants to wear loose full length bottoms while in group cycle classes or when using the eSpinners within the gym.

Studio

Staying motivated can be a challenge, but with a wide variety of fitness classes that we we offer, you'll find the perfect way to keep active.

The Sands Centre has  over 60 fitness classes a week including; BodyPump, BodyCombat, Yoga, Pilates, Zumba  and Group Cycle. All of our classes are suitable for people of any level and abilities.

Climbing Wall

Our fantastic climbing wall has 4 auto belays and a bouldering wall.

We have a range of options to choose from. Come and enjoy a one hour taster session with a qualified instructor to get a taste of what climbing is like, or sign up to a climbing course designed to teach you the skills you need to become an independent climber.

You can also just pay and climb!

Sports Hall

Our 7 court hall can host a wide range of activities including football, basketball, badminton, fitness classes and much more.

This is also the home of our superb junior courses which include trampolining, football and gymnastics.
