New Fitness Classes Timetable

Our new fitness class timetable will be commencing on Monday 20th November 2017.

New classes are:

New Boxfit

Monday 8am – 8.45am

Wednesday 6.45pm – 7.30pm

Boxfit is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit.

Our Boxfit class is aimed at men and women of all ages and fitness standards. As no class involves the physical hitting of an opponent, it is a fun, challenging and safe workout.  

Additional Pilates Class

Tuesday 6.30pm – 7.30pm

Additional Group Cycle Class

Friday 10am – 10.45am
