Walking sports are a great way to become active, without the high impact or intensity of playing the traditional games. There is no reason why you can’t enjoy the games you once loved to play but at a low impact level that will suit all abilities. The best bit is that men and women are able to play alongside each other, and in a social setting.

Everyone can benefit from these walking versions, so the idea of getting older or less physically active doesn’t have to apply to you.

So come and join us and play the walking sports of Rounder’s, Football, Netball and Rugby, at Newquay Sports Centre, our weekly sessions will start Monday 5th March  1pm – 3pm, and will run every Monday.
