Roselyn Simon took part in the Women V Cancer Charity bike ride in South America! The challenge was to cycle 350km in just five days in one of the most beautiful areas of Brazil. The ride started and finished in the UNESCO World Heritage town of Salvador. She cycled along tropical coastline, through Atlantic rainforest and experienced the exotic culture and food of Brazil.
This fantastic challenge was a great opportunity to get fit and have an experience of a life time all whilst raising significant funds to help in the fight against breast, ovarian and cervical cancers.
Funds raised by Women V Cancer were divided equally between three important charities: Breast Cancer Care, Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust and Ovarian Cancer Action and used to support their valuable work.
Roselyn Raised £450 from the members and staff at Dormers Wells Leisure Centre.
