Local author and screen writer Lee Stuart Evans will be visiting Eltham Library to talk about his new novel 'Words Best Sung' on Tuesday 28th March at 7.00pm. Set in the mid 1960's, Words Best Sung is ' a funny and moving coming of age story the perfectly captures the changing atmosphere andĀ attitudes ' of the decade.

Screen writer as well as novelist, Lee's recent writing credits include 8 Out of 10 Cats, Little Big Shot, Very British Problems and A League of Their Own.

Before taking up writing full time Lee worked in TV production for four years on many factual and entertainment programmes.
