Walking Football is designed to help people 55+ get fit or maintain an active lifestyle no matter what their fitness level.

Regular players have seen multiple benefits, both from a health and social perspective.

Coldharbour Walking Football will kick off on Thursday 26th January from 10am to 11am.

There will be a qualified coach on hand to do a warm up , skills, passing and shooting followed by a match on our 3G 5-A-Side pitch.

Free hot drinks will be served in the café area at the end of play.

This will be a regular session so if you would like to get back into fitness in a fun and friendly way then why not give it a try.
