Detailed Accessibility Information
We want customers who have additional needs to feel comfortable to access our centre. As part of this, we have engaged AccessAble, who work with over 100 disability groups, to create a detailed accessibility report that includes facts, figures and pictures of any areas that our customers may need to access. This way, our users can feel confident about how they can access the centre before they attend.
Gym
Whatever your fitness goals, our spacious gym has all the facilities needed to help you achieve them.
Our fully equipped, air-conditioned, 140-station gym offers a range of fitness equipment for everyone. Our members can choose from cardiovascular machines such as treadmills and rowers, to resistance equipment, free weights and dedicated stretching areas. Clissold is also unique in it's fitness offering with an outdoor gym area and power plate zone.
Pools
There are 3 pools in the centre.
- The Main Pool is 25m long with 8 lanes and 2 metres deep all the way across. This pool is used for lane swimming. This pool is for strong, confident swimmers.
- The Training Pool is also 25m long with 6 lanes and has a movable floor which can go from a beach effect through to 1.5m deep. The other end of the pool is 1m deep. This pool is used for swimming lessons and family sessions with young children.
- The Toddler Pool is for under 5's. It has a number of water features and soft water toys to enjoy. This pool is 0.8m deep and is ideal for getting babies and young children into swimming.
We offer free swimming for Hackney residents aged under 18 or over 60's.

Sports Hall
The Sports Hall is a multi-sport arena featuring 6 badminton courts, 2 football courts and 2 basketball courts. The space also accomodates table tennis. Event seating for up to 300 people is available.
Junior Activities
We offer a range of Junior Activities from Gymnastics to Basketball. For more information click here.
Functional Zone
We have a dedicated gym area with cardio equipment; including a rowing machine, vario and 6 treadmills. Exercise in the fresh air!
Group Cycle Studio
As well as a number of instructor led classes you can book online via our timetable you can go it alone with an on-demand pick of your choice. Our Group Cycle on-demand player has hundreds of classes available that let you tour the world, experiencing intervals, climbs and sprints as you go.
Studios
We have 2 studios which are programmed with a range of Fitness Classes to vary your workout - from beginners to advanced level - in a fun and sociable environment.

Squash Courts
There are 2 squash courts available at the centre, complete with a viewing balcony.
The courts are in demand so please book courts in advance (up to 6 days ahead) to secure your game.

Health Suite
The health suite consists of a 2 sauna's, steam room and a jacuzzi. These treatments can assist with increasing blood flow, weight loss, cleansing, relieving stress and helping to relax body and mind. (This facility is for use by members only)

Creche
Our Creche for under 5's gives you the chance to take part in leisure activities, knowing your children are well-cared for. You can leave your child for up to 2 hours in any 24 hours. Booking is essential as places are limited. We're afraid any no-shows (including Prepaid members) will result in the full charge being made.
Our Creche is Ofsted registered. This means that the Creche is regulated and inspected to ensure that the care of the children who attend is of an excellent standard.
Clissold Park Splash Pad
Based in the picturesque Clissold Park, visit the fun and FREE automatic outdoor aqua play for children of all ages. Experience an adventure-filled visit to the interactive splash pad, equipped with an array of features that will spray, splash and soak you! What's more, there's a small kiosk offering freshements and we offer private children's birthday parties too.
