It’s time to jump into fitness with our brand new Fitness Rebounding class at Hammersmith Fitness and Squash Centre.
Rebounding is a great low impact cardiovascular workout conducted on mini-trampolines. The class is fun and innovative, with the added motivation of an instructor, music and other people to bounce around with, there's really no better way to get fit!
