During the May/June half term, under-16’s can enjoy a range of fitness activities at Lillie Road Fitness Centre.

Lillie Road Fitness Centre is increasing the Junior Gym timetable during the Half term period with a daily fitness and gym sessions on offer. Led by an experienced Fitness Instructor, the sessions are not to be missed. 

Back by popular demand and to compliment the Junior Gym offer, Lillie Road Fitness Centre will be running two additional junior fast classes. Junior gym sessions are a great opportunity for 11-15 year olds to get fit and healthy, supervised by our fantastic Fitness instructors. Juniors can benefit from a wide range of gym equipment including cardio equipment, functional training and machine weights.

Note: We do have some restrictions regarding free weights, but all Junior gym users are to have an induction and complete a health questionnaire prior to allowing access into the gym.
