Choose from a range of new and existing motivational Fitness Classes that are available 7 days a week. From early morning Aerobics, to after work Pilates classes - there's something to suit everyone!
New classes to be added to the Phoenix Fitness Centre Fitness Class Timetable are -
Class: Total Body Conditioning / Core Stability
Time / Day: 09:00-09:55 / Mondays
Better for: Strengthening your core and improving your posture
Class: Total Body Conditioning / Circuits
Time / Day: 09:00-09:55 / Wednesdays
Better for: Strength, stamina and endurance
