Better, Phoenix Fitness Centre and Janet Adegoke Swimming pool are happy to announce that we will be starting women only swimming lessons on a Friday evening. Swimming has a number of physical and mental benefits, these include
- Swimming helps to manage weight
- Swimming helps to tone and strengthen muscles
- Swimming is a low impact exercise and so can be particpated in by all ages
- Swimming lowers the risk of Cardiovascular diease which causes 73,000 deaths per year according to the NHS.

- Swimming boosts your mood
