Aqua Aerobics

Are you searching for a workout that is perfect for all fitness levels? Our aqua class on Monday from 9:10 am until 9:55 am is just what you need. This class features lively music and low-impact exercises. Exercising in water provides numerous health benefits, such as better cardiovascular fitness, mobility, and strength, as well as positive effects on mental health. Our aqua classes can also assist you in burning hundreds of calories and toning your body.

Swim for Women

At our leisure centre, we believe that everyone should have access to the benefits of swimming. That's why we offer dedicated swimming classes and swim sessions for women and girls, following the This Girl Can campaign by Sport England. Swimming lessons

At Botwell Green Sports and Leisure Centre, we offer swimming classes for people of all ages and abilities. Our classes are designed to help individuals improve their water confidence, become more aware of swim safety, and acquire swimming skills. We offer a variety of classes, including Swim School, Swimbies, and Swim Doctor, all aimed at helping people become confident and proficient swimmers while staying active.

Help Us Keep Your Pool Clean

  • Shower thoroughly from ‘top to toe’ with soap before entering the pool to remove deodorant, cosmetics and perspiration
  • Use the toilet facilities before your swim and remember to wash your hands thoroughly with soap
  • Babies should wear tight-fitting waterproof baby trunks whilst swimming rather than nappies
  • Please dispose of nappies, trunks and sanitary products in the bins provided
  • Do not swim if you have consumed a meal within the last two hours
  • Never swim if you have consumed alcohol or are under the influence of drugs
  • Do not swim if you are currently suffering from a cold or flu
  • Do not swim if you have suffered from food poisoning or diarrhoea within the last 14 days
