Gym

Our fully equipped, air-conditioned gym offers a range of fitness equipment for everyone. Our members can choose from cardiovascular machines such as treadmills and rowers, resistance equipment including free weights and dedicated stretching areas and fitness aids such as Swiss balls.

Weekly Fitness Class programmes take place on our gym floors. Activities vary throughout the week to provide you with a range of exercises to target the entire body. Our Fitness classes are open to all; beginners, intermediates and experts. Find out more by visiting our weekly programme TIMETABLE

Pools

There is a leisure pool with a sloping beach and flume, and 2 x spa pools.

Sauna and Steam Rooms

The sauna and steam rooms can assist with increasing blood flow, weight loss, cleansing, relieving stress and helping to the relax body and mind.

We run different sessions to accomadate for everyone, Monday and Wednesday its MEN ONLY, Tuesday and Thursday its WOMEN ONLY and all other days are mixed sessions.

We recommend you spend a duration of only 1.5 hours in this area, ensure you drink plenty of water and eat before use.
