Better’s Chelsea Sports Centre is thrilled to announce that the centre has achieved the prestigious Quest Plus Award, which is Sport England's leading national quality scheme.

The Better sports centre has been rated as 'Excellent' in April’s assessment, which is the highest level of attainment for the Quest Plus award. Chelsea Sports Centre is delighted to join the elite in facility management and leisure provision.

In order to achieve Quest Plus, Chelsea Sports Centre went through a two-year process, was mystery visited and rigirously assessed in many aspects of lesiure management ,including:

  • Health and Safety
  • Cleaning and Maintenance
  • Customer Experience
  • Community Outcomes
  • Staff Training and Supervision
  • Environment Management
  • Fitness Suite and Marketing

Feedback from the assessment was incredibly positive with comments on the very high standard of facility management and the significant improvements in the centre which were recognised across the board. At Chelsea Sports Centre, £1.4m has already been invested in the facilities, increasing participation and its membership base significantly. Further investment is also planned in the near future.
