Free men-only circuit training sessions will run at Chelsea Sports Centre, SW3 5PL on Wednesdays between 3pm and 4pm.

The circuit training, which is organised by the Council’s Sports Development Team, starts on 1 March and runs for eight weeks. It is suitable for all ages and abilities and will be delivered by a qualified instructor. The team already run a variety of women-only keep-fit activities.
