Chelsea Sports Centre hosts a range of junior Health and Fitness sessions, designed for 11-15 year olds in the local community. 

Our ongoing commitment to increasing the health and fitness of local youngsters has seen the introduction of a new session to the programme.

Led by experienced and expert fitness instructors, our Junior Health and Fitness programme provides a fun and sociable surrounding for teenagers to increase overall fitness and help alleviate the stress and strains of the classroom.

The sessions will keep them active and entertained, while giving you peace of mind that they’re in safe hands. Kids can enjoy working out to the latest tunes with friends.  A full gym induction is carried out on your first visit, by our Fitness Instructors so kids can enjoy use of a variety of cardio and resistance equipment safely.

What's more, Chelsea's 25m swimming pool ensures every junior has access to all of the health benefits that a dip in the pool brings. Building confidence in the water, supporting the development of a lifelong skill and potentially opening doors to other exciting water based activities like sailing, canoeing, scuba diving and surfing.
