We are pleased to announce that the centre is launching a new Pilates class.

The new class launches on Monday 24th April at 10am. Following the first session, we will be adding the below class to our weekly programme:

TIME: 10am – 11am

Level: All

INSTRUCTOR: Susanna

LOCATION: Studio 1

Our Pilates classes come in all shapes and sizes, but they all focus on concentration and muscle control, for a highly effective workout. Better for lengthening and strengthening your core, this class will see you burn approximately 165 calories per hour.
