With the warmer weather now here, our boot camp sessions are now available to book throughout the summer at Clapham Leisure Centre.
Taking place every Tuesday 6:30 – 7:30pm at Clapham Common, our instructor will take you through your paces as you tackle the 45 minute class. Just reach us at the Long Pond, next to Rookery Rd (click here for directions).
Challenging you to get the most out of your workout, the class is made up of a tough circuit (which allows you to work at your own pace), delivered in a motivational way that will encourage you to take the next step in your fitness journey. If you have been doing the same routine for years and need to be challenged with a fresh and innovative approach to training, then this class is definitely for you. Break the mould with bootcamp!
