Giants women are moving steadily through the volleyball League season getting stronger and stronger as the League progresses. The team has not dropped a game so far and are looking for promotion at the end of the season when the club intends to form another female team to enter the London Volleyball League rep-resenting Clapham.

Giants men were promoted from the second Division last year in their first year into the League and will be playing in the first Division London Volleyball League this season, where the team has managed to remain at the top range of the table. Since 2016/17 season, the club has formed another male team playing in London League second Division 2B pool.

Both teams train at club’s home ground Clapham Leisure Centre on Wednesday and Thursday nights. Little Giants Volleyball and Clapham Leisure Centre entered into a partnership in February 2017 and have been promoting volleyball in the local community together since then.

Team manager Cisel Ormanci said, “Our team members come from all over the world with 30 + different nationalities. We are ever so proud of all our players and coaches. Their determination to win every single game makes it all very special. As a club, we stand behind every single one of our players and our coaches. When they win, we win. When they lose, we lose.”

Little Giants also run a very popular Mixed Social Volleyball calendar at various venues in South West London throughout the week and are seeking to house all.
