This is the perfect class for parents who would like to start training again but have a little one to think about This class incorporates the parent, buggy and child in a 60 minute circuit style class. Set to challenge and improve your overall cardio fitness, muscular endurance and core strength, the classes will help you to ease back into exercise after having a baby. Exercises are safe and effective with your child who will enjoy the experience as much as you will.

  • Every Friday morning from 9:30am-10:30am
  • Normal fitness attire is required along with your baby and buggy.
  • The class is located in the Community Room at West Norwood Health & Leisure Centre.
