Basic Fitness Classes
Senior customers are able to access all classes throughout the week including our BETTER basic classes designed by our instructors to provide lower intensity exercises and routines.
Each class will be tailored to the customers fitness and ability levels. The classes are designed to use a whole range of functional equipment and body weight exercises.
Wednesday - Aerobics Basic - 10.30am
Thursday - Aerobics Basic - 11am
Supervised Gym Sessions
In a relaxed and enjoyable group setting, you'll enjoy the gym facilities and have the chance to engage with our Fitness Instructors, who will be there to give demonstrations, advice on techniques and explanations of the benefits of different machines and exercises. So if you've always wanted to go to the gym - this is the perfect session for you!
Our supervised times happens during the following time:
Thursdays - 10am-12pm
