We offer a wide range of facilities to cater for everyone. Discover the facilities available below.
Car Parking
We operate a managed car parking service. Please follow the parking signs around the car park for more information.
Parking charges will be:
First 10 mins - Free
11 mins - 1 hour - £1.20
2 hours – £2.40
3 hours - £3.60
£1.20 extra every hour thereafter
Disabled Parking - FREE (please speak to reception with proof of your blue badge to register).
Payment can be made online through the Y-Pay app (registration required), quoting Leytonstone Leisure Centre. Alternatively, a payment machine is located in the car park.
Members who hold an active adult Health and Fitness and / or a Lesson and Courses pre-paid membership, on an annual or monthly direct debit agreement, including Swim only, will receive 3 hours parking for just £0.80p.
Parking charges apply Monday – Sunday 24 hours per day including bank holidays.

Gym
Whatever your fitness goals, our spacious gym has all the facilities needed to help you achieve them.
Spread across two floors our fully equipped, air-conditioned gym offers a range of fitness equipment for everyone. Our members can choose from cardiovascular machines such as treadmills, steppers and rowers, to resistance equipment, free weights, functional fitness equipment such as battle ropes, kettlebells, VIPR and TRX’s, and a dedicated stretching area.
Studio
Please note: Owing to building work, fitness classes are currently taking place in the Sports Hall.
Weekly Fitness Class programmes take place in our fitness studio as well as group cycle classes in the dedicated group cycle studio.
Activities vary throughout the week to provide you with a range of exercises to target the entire body. Our Fitness classes are open to all; beginners, intermediates and experts.
Pools
Swimming is a great way to exercise with little strain of joints and muscles whilst still improving your fitness
The centre has 2 pools:
- Main Pool: 25m pool, for lane and general swimming
- Teaching Pool: Ideal for learning to swim
Waltham Forest residents who are over 60, Armed Forces staff and People with Disabilities swim for free during off-peak hours and under 18 swim for free during school holidays, with a valid Pay As You Go membership.
Sports Hall
The Sports Hall is a multi-sport area featuring 2 badminton courts. In our Sports Hall, we have a range of different options including:
- Badminton
- Table tennis
Equipment is available to hire at reception for a small charge.

For casual bookings members can book 14 days in advance, whilst non-members can book 5 days in advance.
The Sports Hall is also suitable for Birthday Parties and Private Hire.
Soft Play
Treat the kids to an indoor adventure all year round.
Give them the freedom to play and use their imagination with our specialty built play areas with lots of different interactive sections.
Children must be supervised at all times whilst in the soft play area. Adults and children must wear socks while on the facilities.
Soft Play is open 8am-5pm, Monday-Sunday exclusions apply, so please check our timetable before you visit.
The Soft Play area is also suitable for children’s birthday parties.
Sauna
The sauna is the perfect way to relax after a gruelling workout. Why not take some time to unwind? The sauna must be pre-booked.
