There's something for everyone with our wide choice of fitness classes, taking place every day in our studios.

Choose from a wide choice of classes including Pilates, Kettlebells, Group Cycling  and Zumba. Low impact sessions include Gentle Toning and Core Fitness, whilst our new Suspension training uses the rig in the new fitness gym.

Staying motivated can always be a challenge, but with a wide variety of fitness classes available you'll find the perfect way to keep active.

Whatever you are looking to achieve we have classes for the whole community, from our standard fitness classes to classes specially for older adults, woman and ante and postnatal, we’ve got something to suite everyone.

LET’S TARGET

Smaller groups for greater focus. These classes take place on the gym floor and offer intense training with a real focus on exercise technique. Using a range of equipment and body weight, exercises will target and focus on either stamina and endurance, strength and conditioning, functional or cardio.

Food glorious food. When you eat right, you’ll feel incredible too. Our healthy eating classes combine expert nutrition with fitness classes, to help you treat your body the way it deserves.
