Here at Churchill our staff work hard to ensure you stay motivated and achieve your health and fitness goals. Our fully qualified fitness instructor offers monthly re-focus sessions to help you review your progress and keep you motivated. We also run monthly gym challenges testing all aspects of your fitness from stamina, strength, speed, flexibility and power with prizes awarded for the winners.

Whatever goals you set, Churchill Sports Centre is the best place to achieve them.

OUR GYM

Gym Induction

Before using our gym we recommend having an induction with our fitness instructor. During this induction your specific needs and goals can be discussed and a unique program created for you to help achieve them. We can also show you how to use and get the most out of all of our equipment, ensuring that your workouts get off to a safe and effective start.

 All of our staff have a wealth of knowledge and expertise to help you and somebody will always be available on the gym floor or behind reception to assist you with anything you need.

Re-Focus Session

Once a month you are entitled to book an hour’s re-focus session with our fitness instructor. This 1-2-1 session gives you the opportunity to discuss your current progress and highlight what is working well and what areas could be improved. Our instructor can refresh your program and give you advice/tips on how to take you to the next step in your Better gym experience.

Junior Gym

As part of our junior health and fitness offering at Churchill Sports Centre we are now offering junior gym sessions for our members aged 11-15 years old.

These supervised sessions are a brilliant starting point for any child wishing to get fit and active in a safe environment. With sessions running every week Monday to Thursday after school, they are a great opportunity to get your child into health and fitness.

All children must complete an induction with our fitness instructor prior to attending their first session. This allows the instructor to show the safe and effective use of all the equipment to your child and explain the rules of the gym and junior gym session. Once completed your child will be able to use the junior gym sessions as frequently as they would like as part of their junior membership or by paying per session if a casual user.

Monday to Thursday 3.30pm to 4.45pm
