 What to wear for Yoga & Pilates?

Move comfortably in your Yoga or Pilates class by wearing lightweight clothing that lets you twist, stretch and roll down freely. You’ll want to keep a towel handy and please bring a bottle of water to class with you – you can fill this up for free around the centre.
We'll provide everything else in your Yoga or Pilates class, including mats and workout equipment.

Worried you won't be able to keep up with the steps?

Introducing our Basics classes which take things at a slower pace. Lower impact and incorporating simpler movements, our Basics dance classes are suitable for beginners and those returning to exercise. So you can develop your confidence and get moving at a pace you're comfortable with.
