Club Activities

There are lots of activities for over 55s taking place here at Kendal Leisure Centre from our social Games Sessions, Walking Football, Total Body Conditioning 55+ (mainly seated) and 55+ Aerobics to over 50s sessions in the pool.

If you are looking for exercise without the impact you could also check out ourĀ Let's FocusĀ exercise classes for anyone over 16 which include Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi.
