Why you wanted to be an instructor: A challenge to myself for my 50th birthday

How you keep fit personally/what you like to do when not instructing: Cycling, canoeing, walking with my dog (Henry) and attending the other cycling classes to help improve the service I provide.
Advice to anyone new to classes: Turn up and try it then regret it rather than regret it for not trying. Come out of your comfort zone at least once a week. Come with a friend and challenge/motivate each other.
