Designed to get your heart pumping and make you feel better, you can work at your own pace as the group pedals along to uplifting music. These classes are better for giving you a great cardio workout whilst conditioning the lower body - ideal for anyone who needs to develop their leg strength and burn plenty of calories! The average calorie burn is 550 calories an hour, so come along and work off any festive drinks that will be happening over the next few months.
