'Let’s Target’ Fitness Classes at Didcot Wave.

These workouts involve smaller groups of participants, meaning there is a real focus on the correct exercise techniques.

They will take place within the gym and will be run by our gym instructors, providing intense training for short periods of time.

There are four specific sub groups that we focus on during these ‘Let’s Target’ classes, these are; Stamina and Endurance, Strength and Conditioning, Functional, and Cardio.
