Pre & Post Natal Yoga classes

Yoga will help you have the best possible pregnancy and delivery taking you through your pregnancy and beyond.  The postures, breathing and meditation yoga bring will  deepen the connection with your baby.

 

Postures are carefully adapted and special exercises to help with an easy delivery.  Classes include breathing techniques and deep relaxation.

 

Yoga will help you prepare for the birth both mentally and physically, keeping the body and mind strong and healthy.

 

Your body will recover more quickly after the birth. 

After the baby arrives post natal yoga will stand you in good stead helping you cope through times of stress and fatigue.  It is a safe way to get back into shape and regain strength.

 

Classes will help you enjoy your prenatal and postnatal experience.
