Health and Fitness
Our 80 station gym and two studios provide you all the equipment and classes to keep you active. Our sports hall is now open and you can book a badminton court online.

JOSIE GIBSON SUPPORTS FOR THE GIRLS PROGRAMME

Sport England and Sporta funded "For The Girls" programme had a visit from Big Brother Winner Josie Gibson and ex-Olympian Jade Johnson.

The event delivered at the Copper Box Arena saw Josie Gibson deliver an exercise class to local girls from Hackney and Tower Hamlets schools.

 

Women and girls got the opportunity to exercise alongisde the celebrities and learn the importance of being active to stay healthy and happy.

National governing body calls for greater priority for swimming and water safety

The Amateur Swimming Association (ASA) is calling on primary schools and politicians to show their commitment to school swimming as new figures reveal that 45 per cent of primary school children are unable to swim 25 metres despite it being a national curriculum requirement.
