Better Gymnastics works in partnership with British Gymnastics and aims to encourage all children to be physically active. With strong links to the national governing body, Better Gymnastics provides a structured programme that motivates and helps each pupil work towards a recognised award.

By participating in gymnastics your child will develop their flexibility, balance and co-ordination skills. Our courses teach the rewards of dedication and hard work.

  • Parent and Child Gymnastics for Under 3’s (Adult and child)
  • Pre School Gymnastics 3-4 years
  • Pre School Trampolining for 3-4 years
  • Foundation and Novice Gymnastics for 4 – 10 years
  • Intermediate and Advanced Gymnastics for 5-10 years
  • Young Adults Gymnastics 11-15 years
  • Trampolining for 5-15 years
  • Adult Gymnastics and Trampolining for 16+ years
  • Disability Gymnastics
  • School holiday gymnastics camps

Committed to developing talent, Better also manage a host of gymnastics and trampoline clubs which include:
