From 6am Monday 11th June May access to Talacre Community Sports Centre is changing. Dalby Street will be closed to vehicles and a new service road, New Dalby Street, will open. Pedestrians will continue to use Dalby street for the time being.
Over the coming months, access to Talacre community sports centre will change.
What's changing?
From Monday 11th June Dalby Street will be closed to vehicles, and a new access route to the centre opened. Vehicles will be able to use the new service road to pick up and drop off. Marshalls will be on duty at both access points.
Pedestrians will still be able to use Dalby Street for the time being. When Dalby Street closes completely, pedestrians will temporarily have to access the centre via the park.
Why?
A new housing development is being built next to the centre.
Will there be any change to services at the centre?
No. Talacre will remain open as usual and disruption will be kept to a minimum.
