Aerobics

Aerobics is a combination of continuous rhythmic aerobic exercise routines. An Aerobics class is a fun fitness class where you perform a range of moves shown to you by our motivational instructors. The choreographed exercise allows you to learn a routine, take it at your own pace and best of all gives you the chance to socialise as well as exercising whilst enjoying yourself.

What this class is great for:
The mixed fitness class hosts several benefits where you will burn calories, lose fat, tone up your body and have great fun all at the same time. Besides all this the class can help to reduce blood pressure, increase mobility, and endurance. Move to the beat, have fun and dance yourself fit at an aerobics class today at one of the Better Leisure Centre facilities.

Who can take part:
The group aerobics class caters for all levels of adults, gender, fitness and ability. Better provides different aerobics class stages for those who are completely new all the way to seasoned fitness fanatics.

Difficulty Level:
Beginner – Advanced

Other facilities:
Changing and shower facilities are available for use before and after the class. You are recommended to use lockers that are available for any belongings.  Lockers generally take 20p or a £1.00 coin although we do not take any responsibilities for the valuables left in them.
