These classes, specifically aimed at women will help to strengthen your core postural muscles and improve body alignment.
What you need to bring
For this class you need to make sure you are wearing comfortable clothing suitable for the type of exercise taking place.
Changing and shower facilities are available for use before and after the class.
You are recommended to use lockers that are available for any belongings. Lockers generally take 20p or a £1.00 coin although we do not take any responsibilities for the valuables left in them.
