Core Stability

Core Stability is a class that focuses on the deep postural muscles.  Core stability is the term used to describe how the muscles of your trunk help keep your spine and body stable. This class uses innovative equipment such as medicine balls, exercise balls and stability discs; all this is coupled with a routine of low-impact exercises that can help improve your posture and strength. This low-impact core stability class could see up to 300 calories being burned per hour, making you shift those pesky pounds without you even knowing it!
