The gym has 140 stations and is fully equipped to offer a variety training options for our customers. Members can choose from an array of specialised training equipment designed to improve your cardiovascular endurance, strength and resistance as well as core strength and flexibility.
Gym equipment highlights include:
- Aero bikes
- X-Cube Functional training station
- Free weights area
All new comers to the gym have to complete an induction which can be done with one of our friendly and helpful Fitness Instructors (FI’s). Our FI’s also champion and lead our very popular gym based classes. These provide members with the opportunity to exercise in small groups on selected days focusing on specific muscle groups and training styles, such as abdominal workouts, interval training and cardiovascular endurance.
Re-focus sessions are available to members at any time, where our fitness instructors will mix up your fitness programme in order for you to help you achieve your fitness goals.
