Family History Sessions
Fortnightly on Mondays 3pm – 5pm (please check with the library for confirmation of dates)
A free session for anyone wanting to research their family history. Help is available from our knowledgeable volunteers alongside access to the Ancestry and other Websites.
Beading for Beginners
Monday 12th September, 10th October and 14th November, 2pm-4pm.
A chance for anyone interested in the craft to come and have a go. A small charge is made to cover the materials used.
V.I.P. (Visually Impaired People) Reading Group
Thursday 25th August, 29th September, 27th October and 24th November, 10am-11am.
A friendly group of visually impaired people who meet monthly to discuss the chosen book of the month that they have listened to.
Help on hand for anyone needing assistance with their tablet, laptop, smartphone or computer, or just getting started in the online world. There is also a chance to explore the digital resources that the library service provides. You are welcome use the library’s computers or bring your own device.
