Our monthly Woodhall Spa Library Reading group is a great way to share your thoughts on the chosen book. The group meets on the third Thursday of the month 2.30pm – 3.30pm. Please ask a member of staff for meeting details.
Children’s Book Club
Crazy about books? Aged between 8 and 12? This is the club for you. Share your favourite books, discover new authors and meet new book-loving friends. Second Thursday of each month in term time from 3.45pm - 4.30pm.
Children from 4-8 can enjoy a story led session leading to creative writing, craft activity, character development and much more – you could even help to create a story that we can read at our story time for pre- schoolers! Held fortnighly in term time on Thursdays 3.45pm - 4.30pm
Help your little ones learn, with songs and rhymes for pre-school children. Tuesday 2.30pm- 3pm and Friday 10.30am-11pm.
Join us one Saturday a month and discover more in your local library than just books! Adults and children alike can share a game of chess, challenge someone to a game of scrabble, topple a tower of jenga and much more! Please check library timetable for dates and times,
We can help you get online, search the internet, navigate your tablet or laptop, research your family history online and much more! Sessions run every Tuesday from 10am -11am and 11am -12noon. Booking is required to secure your space.
Knit and Natter
Skilled knitter or interested beginner? Join our friendly knit and natter group where you can crochet, embroider or knit in a relaxed and supportive environment over a chat and a cup of tea. Held on the first Thursday of the month 2.30pm - 3.30pm
Kid’s Crochet Club
Feeling creative and fancy trying something new? Come along to our club for children aged from 5- 16 and learn how to crochet! All abilities are welcome to this fortnightly Saturday session.
