FEEL GREAT WITH YOGA AND PILATES

Feel great on the inside and glow on the outside with our brand new Yoga and Pilates sessions starting Monday 15th January 2018. 

These classes are great for building your strength and flexibility with an experienced instructor to support you along the way. Our classes offer a range of traditional yoga and Pilates exercises to help you increase your inner strength, improve your well being and much more.

Sessions will run weekly on:

Monday, Thursday and Friday.

Monday 12.30pm - 1.30pm Yoga 
Thursday 12.30pm - 1.30pm Pilates
Friday  1pm - 2pm  Pilates
