Our Junior Gym Classes are running 7 days a week.

For juniors (11-15 years), 7 weekly junior fitness sessions are available which are fully supervised and designed to introduce juniors to the gyms safely whilst training effectively.

Monday - Friday - 4-6pm

Saturday and Sunday - 2-4pm

Various membership options available. Please note an induction is required.
