Our brand new fitness class timetable has now launched at Kentish Town Sports Centre this September! Whether you want to feel the benefits of a workout in the gym, pool or studio we have a class for you.
Classes range from:
- Group cycle
- Total body conditioning
- Water workout
- Junior boxfit & Junior Fitbeats
A special reminder about some of the classes that returned:
Rebounding on Monday/ Tuesday lunchtime
Dance Aerobics on Tuesday evening
Group Cycle on Monday lunchtime
Group Cycle on Monday morning will change from 7:30am to 7am start on 6th Nov onwards due to high demands from a lot of members to start the class earlier!
