At Flaxman Sports Centre we always encourage our members to push and challenge themselves. To encourge members we have organised a mini circuit challange consisting of body weight exercises that would test the cardio limit of all. The challenge is made up of body weight exercises that include suspended dips and rows, box jumps and battle rope slams. We are running the challenge throughout January and February with the prizes for the best combine time at the end. Come along and post your best time.
