Copthall Leisure Centre completed a two day Quest assessment on July 7th and 8th. We are pleased to announce that Copthall achieved a mark of 'Good' which is a great result.
Quest is a tool for continuous improvement designed to assess a centre on its management, the programmes and how it interacts with customers and delivery fo service both inside and outside the centre.
During the assessment a full review from an experienced validator is undertaken. the validator is typically someone who has worked in the lesiure industry and managed successful centres and companies previously.
This recognition of Copthall practices being good reflects the continued success we have both in terms of the centre generally and the hard work of all the staff.
