From 1st July 2016, Better will no longer operate leisure centres within the City of Westminster.

Who will the new operator be?
Everyone Active.

Will my membership still be valid with the new operator?
Yes, your membership will remain at your home centre with Everyone Active unless you choose to retain your membership with Better to utilise our leisure centres outside of the City of Westminster.

Will I still be able to book online?
This will be communicated to you by the new operator.

Will my Better membership card still give me access to my leisure facility?
This will for the new operator to decide, they may issue you with a new membership card, and you will be notified in due course.

Will my child’s lessons and courses still run with the new operator?
Yes.

Will my membership price change with the new operator?
This will be communicated to you by the new operator.

Will my child’s lessons and course prices change with the new operator?
This will be communicated to you by the new operator.

Will my direct debit date change?
This will be communicated to you by the new operator.

Will the swimming pool timetable stay the same?
This will be up to the disrection of the new operator.

Will my sports hall bookings change?
This will be communicated to you by the new operator.

Will my member benefits change?
You will loose any benefits you have with Better, and the new operator will inform you of any benefits you may be entitled to with your new membership.

Will the fitness classes timetable stay the same?
This will be up to the disrection of the new operator.

Will my UK wide membership give me access to other Better facilities?
No, the new operator will need to inform you of access changes to there current facility list.

Will Pay & Play prices change?
This will be communicated to you by the new operator and City of Westminster.

Until 30th June 2016, you can speak to a member of staff at reception or contact our Customer Service team by clicking here. However, if your question is in relation to anything happening from the 1st July you should note that they will not be able to provide any answers and the new operator will be in touch soon.

From 1st July, you will need to contact Everyone Active.
