Our Summer Holiday Schemes are now live to book! Open to children aged 5 to 14 years old from 10am to 2pm each day, delivered all across Belfast. 

These schemes are perfect for letting the kids burn off some energy, make new friends, try new sports and have a lot of fun.

Active and Able Camps

For children or young people with learning or physical disabilities.

These camps are designed to encourage children and young people with learning and/or physical disabilities to get active in a safe and enjoyable environment. Delivered in partnership with Active Youth NI, the camps are led by experienced and qualified coaches, ensuring a fun and inclusive experience for all participants.

This Summer we are delivering camps across Belfast at Avoniel, Belvoir Activity Centre, Brook Leisure Centre and Girdwood Community Hub. Each day is from 1.30pm to 3.30pm.

Gymnastics Training Scheme

Join us at Belvoir Activity Centre for an our exciting range of Gymnastics Training Schemes this summer.

Our General Training Scheme is a 3-day scheme while our discipline specific schemes are 2-days long. Aimed at children 5 years and up, each day is from 10am to 12.30pm.

Tumbling Training: 20th and 21st July

General Training: 3rd to 5th August 

Bars Training: 6th and 7th August

Beam Training: 10th and 11th August

Vault Training: 12th and 13th August

Better Holiday Schemes are open to children aged 5 to 14 from the date the scheme starts (variations in some schemes). 

You can only access places on the scheme by completing the online booking process. 

Please bring the following items with you to the leisure centre in order to complete the application process:

  • Confirmation of booking
  • Proof of the parent/guardian’s identification and address, plus any supporting documentation to authenticate a concessionary rate
  • Proof of the child’s date of birth
  • Refunds will not be given for non-attendance
  • Means tested benefits: if you receive certain types of means tested and associated benefits, your children may qualify for a concessionary rate.  If this is the case please add voucher code BELFAST37.
  • Those availing of the concessionary rate will be required to evidence on the first day of the scheme.  Failure to produce evidence will result in the full charge being applied.
