Half Term Taster Sessions
This February Half Term, give your child a chance to try a new sport in a fun, coach-led environment.
These £1 taster sessions will be from Monday 9th to Friday 13th February, all across Belfast. Sports will include the following:
Diving
Gymnastics
Junior Pickleball
Multi-Sports

Andersonstown Leisure Centre
Give our Multi-Sports session a go for only £1. This session will help build confidence, introduce new sports equipment and improve your child's movement skills.
For ages 3 to 5 years.
Monday 9th February
10am to 10.45am
Ballysillan Leisure Centre
Give our Junior Pickleball session a go for only £1. This session will help build confidence, make new friends and try one of the fastest growing sports in the world.
For ages 11 to 17 years.
Thursday 12th February
3pm to 4.30pm
Belvoir Activity Centre
Give our Gymnastics session a go for only £1. This session will help build confidence and improve your child's movement skills.
For age 4 years and above.

Give our Multi-Sports session a go for only £1. This session will help build confidence, introduce new sports equipment and improve your child's movement skills.

Give our Diving session a go for only £1. This session will give young people an opportunity to try a new sport and improve their strength and skills while building self-confidence.

Better Holiday Schemes are open to children aged 5 to 14 from the date the scheme starts (variations in some schemes).
You can only access places on the scheme by completing the online booking process.
Please bring the following items with you to the leisure centre in order to complete the application process:
- Confirmation of booking
- Proof of the parent/guardian’s identification and address, plus any supporting documentation to authenticate a concessionary rate
- Proof of the child’s date of birth
- Refunds will not be given for non-attendance
- Means tested benefits: if you receive certain types of means tested and associated benefits, your children may qualify for a concessionary rate. If this is the case please add voucher code BELFAST37.
- Those availing of the concessionary rate will be required to evidence on the first day of the scheme. Failure to produce evidence will result in the full charge being applied.
