Starting at The Sheepmount Athletics Stadium in Carlisle the race will again take competitors out through the city centre towards Wetheral before turning back and returning through Scotby Village, Rickerby Park before a grandstand finish back at the Sheepmount

RACE ROUTE
Leaving this years dedicated start/finish area at The Sheepmount Athletics Stadium the race route will take runners past the iconic Carlisle castle and into the city before heading out into the countryside. Taking in the picturesque villages of Cumwhinton, Weatheral and Scotby the return will also pass the Cenotaph in Rickerby Park, through Bitts Park to finish on the track at The Sheepmount.
